One was the brown leather number (stay tuned for the review blog coming very soon) that slotted into my ‘if you’re still thinking about it the day after then get it’ motto, which I figured would be perfect for day or evening. And the second was this white, across the body bag, which was cleverly placed opposite the entrance to the fitting rooms in my local Outfit store and sneakily caught my attention.
The white is clean and crisp, made even more so by the black line details and the shiny metal bar along the front. The strap is adjustable and long enough when opened fully to sit easily across the body, or perfect for perching on your shoulder. The handle on top makes it nice and easy to hold without the strap but I wouldn't recommend that in a busy city!
Inside you've got two pockets for your phone and mirror for when you need to
make sure you’re still looking Milan-worthy, and there’s a zipped pocket also
to make sure you don’t lose your room key. There’s also a zipped pocket on the
outside at the back of the bag, which I found useful for quickly popping the
metro or sight-seeing tickets away safely. The size is good, fitting in my
abnormally large compact camera, brush, purse, sunnies, phone and map nicely. I’d thoroughly recommend this striking bag and I think you’ll find it’s a must-have for a summer city break as the bright white lifts any outfit and can be matched with so many of your usual summer day or night combinations.
I think it’s a bargain for an Oasis bag at only £25, and you can buy yours here.

I hope you had a fabulous time in Milan! That bag is absolutely stunning, I'm going to have to head over to Oasis & pick one up.
Lovely post,

As someone who only ever owns one handbag at a time - usually a big boring black one that serves all purposes - I wanted to let you know that you have inspired me to get this bag, or one like it. I think it's time I got something a bit more summery and this looks lovely in the photos :)
